RULE, Chester Eugene

Bluemountaineagle.com 27 June 2012 LEESBURG, Va. – Chester Eugene Rule, 58, formerly of John Day, died June 21 in Leesburg, Va. A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 30, at Driskill Memorial Chapel, 241 S. Canyon Blvd., John Day. Mr. Rule was born Aug. 13, 1953, in John Day. He is remembered as a loving father. Survivors include his four children, Dorothy Rule Knox, Mandy Lee Rule, Shawn Ira Rule and Dustin James Rule; sister, Cheryl Patrick of Hermiston; brother, Rusty Rule of Mt. Vernon; and eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jerry Eugene Rule and Maurine Francis Rule; and his brother, Gary Rule. Arrangements are under the care of Driskill Memorial Chapel.
