WINSLOW III, Joe

PENDLETON – Joe Winslow III, 63, died Aug. 18, at his Lakeport, Calif., home. A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, at Olney Cemetery in Pendleton.

Mr. Winslow, who had friends and family in the Ritter area, spent summers hunting and fishing there over the years.
