bluemountaineagle.com 26 Jan 2013 Gay Marie Shust-Church, 59, died Jan. 26 in Prairie City. A memorial service was held Jan. 29 at Driskill Memorial Chapel. Ms. Church was born Nov. 30, 1953, in Hamitoa, Manitoba, Canada, to Knox and Helen Shust. She was a high school graduate, and participated in sports and glee club. She spent many years working in sales, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and Vancouver, British Columbia. She was a great cook, and enjoying spending time with children, baking cookies, riding horses and fishing. Survivors include her sisters, Lavona Susinski of Winnipeg, Clara Kerry of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, and Valerie Buchanan of Shoal Lake, Manitoba, Canada; brothers, Glen Shust and Michael Shust, both of Shoal Lake; and her husband, Chuck Church of Prairie City. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Marilyn Preseton. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society through Driskill Memorial Chapel, 241 S.
