Donna M. Scott, 81, of Baker City passed away Dec. 4, 2012 at Settlers Park. Her graveside service was held Thursday, Dec. 6, 2012 at Mt. Hope Cemetery with Pastor Jonathan Privett of First Church of the Nazarene officiating.
Donna was born to Clarence Otto and Fannie (Dodd) Calhoun Feb. 14, 1931, in Harrisville, W.V.
They lived in Ohio when Donna was very young, then moved to the state of Washing-ton where she attended school.
The Calhouns moved to Baker where Donna met Herschel G. Scott, Sr. They were married in Weiser, Idaho on Dec. 6, 1954.
Donna enjoyed yard sales, her doll collection and listening to her husband play country music in the Gold Dust Band. She was also a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Baker City .
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Herschel Scott of Baker City, daughter, Patty Good and husband, Curtis, of Summerville, Ore., sons, Herschel Scott, Jr. and wife Joyce of Vernal, Utah, and Bud Scott and wife Sandy of Baker City, Ore., brothers, Silvan Calhoun and Rex Calhoun and wife Reva all of Baker City, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers and sisters and two sons.
